During this time, as we learn more about the fast-spreading Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Florida State Employees Federal Credit Union is here to ensure that your finances remain secure.  Our main priorities are the health and welfare of our members, staff, and the communities we live and serve in, while also assisting with the financial needs of our members.  FSEFCU has business continuity planning for scenarios such as this. We will follow the policies and protocols put in place to protect our members and staff while providing continued access to your accounts and financial services. 

Florida State Employees Federal Credit Union will continue to monitor this evolving situation and follow the guidance of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  We will provide important updates to our members on our website and Facebook when appropriate. 

Steps We're Taking to Protect our Members & Employees

With the recent announcement of cases in our community, here's what we're doing to help reduce the spread of COVID-19:

  • Effective, Monday, March 23, 2020, all FSEFCU branch lobbies will be closed; however, our 9-mile drive-through will remain open 8:30 a.m.until 4:30 p.m.

  • If you require a face-to-face meeting, please call us at (850) 474-1400 to schedule an appointment.  We are available Monday-Friday from 9:00AM - 4:00PM and Closed on Saturdays.

  • Our Night Drops have been converted to Convenience Drops to be checked regularly throughout the day, allowing you to drop off a deposit or make a loan payment without coming into the branch.

  • Drive-thru Services: With our drive-thru services, you can get balance inquiries, update/add your ID to your account; make deposits, withdrawals, or transfers, pay on your credit card or loan, cash checks, order checks, and more.   

  • Drive-up ATMs: Enjoy this convenient feature that allows you to withdraw cash from your account anytime.  

  • Internet Banking: Pay your bills, transfer funds, make loan payments, access eStatements, and monitor your accounts from your home computer whenever it's convenient for you.

  • Internet Bill Pay: Save time and money by paying your bills online for free.  With Internet Bill Pay, there's no need to drive to the post office or spend cash on stamps.

  • eZCard Info: Pay your credit card online and monitor your credit card transactions with eZCard Info.

  • Mobile Banking: Mobile Banking gives you convenient, on-the-go account access that your busy schedule demands. With the Florida State Employees FCU mobile app, you can move money, pay bills, monitor your accounts and more, all from your mobile device.

  • Email Us: Generic credit union questions, not containing sensitive account information, may be emailed to  

  • Online Applications: Apply for a new loan or credit card, or apply to skip-a-payment on an existing loan online

  • Online Check Ordering: Running low on checks? Order checks online and have them shipped to your home through Harland Clarke.


Beware of Scams Related to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Scammers are taking advantage of people's fears surrounding COVID-19.  They are setting up websites selling bogus products, offering medical advice to take personal information, and creating fake charities to steal donations.  Here are some tips to avoid the most common COVID-19 scams.  Florida State Employees Federal Credit Union also recommends signing up for consumer alerts from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).  If you feel like your Florida State Employees FCU account has been compromised, please call (850) 474-1400 ext. 244 to speak with someone.
